Stuart Rod & Reel Fishing Club in Stuart, FL
Our mission is to promote interest in and knowledge of sport fishing, good sportsmanship, social interaction and fellowship among its members,
and to endorse responsible stewardship of the St. Lucie Estuary, the Indian River Lagoon and Florida’s coastal and offshore waters.
We are dedicated to promoting the sport of fishing, building solid relationships and creating lasting memories for our members. The Club was founded in 1982 and continues to grow as the area’s premier fishing club.
The Stuart Rod and Reel Club sponsors a monthly outing on the second weekend following the general membership meeting. The outing winner is awarded a nice fishing shirt embroidered with the Club’s logo and the angler’s name. Join us at one of our monthly meetings and we’re sure you’ll be hooked!

September Meeting
Our next club meeting will be on Thursday September 12th at the
American Legion Hall
located at
3195 N.E. Savannah Rd, Jensen Beach
If you plan to eat be there at 6 pm
General Meeting starts at 7 pm
Our guest speaker will be Capt. VJ Bell from Stuart Big Game!
Guests are welcome!
The American Legion is providing us with menu options for each attendee to choose from. Adult beverages are available. Each attendee is responsible for their own meal and drinks.

Kids Fishing Clinic
The Annual Kids Fishing Clinic will be on Saturday, September 28 at River Palm Cottages and Fish Camp

Jensen Beach
This is the major community event that the Stuart Rod and Reel Club support. We need about 10 volunteers to help teach and supervise the kids. Some of these kids have never fished before! This is an excellent chance to give back to community and the Club! The volunteers usually have as much, if no more fun then the Kids!

Club Elections
Club election for Officers and Board Members will be in November. During the months of September and October, members can self nominate themselves. All Officer and Board positions are open. It is critical to the Clubs operation to have membership participation. This is your opportunity to help drive the course of the club. It is only through active members, that the club will continue.
